Brazil manager Tite has heaped praise upon Everton star Richarlison. Richarlison arrived in the Premier League during the summer of 2017, signing for Watford from Fluminense in his native Brazil.

He went on to play in all 38 Premier League games for the Hornets last season and showed glimpses of brilliance during the first-half of the season and ended off with five goals in the campaign. However, he began to show signs of inconsistency during the second half of last season, particularly following the sacking of Marco Silva as Hornets manager.

Last summer, Silva was appointed as manager of Everton and he succeeded Sam Allardyce. Upon being appointed to lead the Toffees, Silva opted to reunite with Richarlison and paid Watford a fee of  £40 million in order to bring him to Goodisan Park.

Richarlison has so far been an overwhelming success since arriving at the Toffees and has so far scored six goals in the Premier League from 10 appearances this season.  As a result of his impressive performances, the 21-year-old earned himself a call-up to the Brazil national team for friendlies against the United States and El Salvador in September.

He is now looking to establish himself as a first-team regular within the Brazil side and scored the winning goal for his country during their 1-0 win against Cameroon on Tuesday night.
Tite said as quoted by The Guardian

"I was not surprised by Richarlison's performance. What I saw today was the continuation of him always coming on and playing well for Brazil.

"In his first game, he really impressed with his incision and his finishing, both his head and on the floor.

"I've also seen him play on the wing for Brazil and play really well and because of his qualities in training, we can also imagine him playing as a second striker as well.

"He's someone who's really impressed me since coming into the team."
