On-loan Aston Villa striker Tammy Abraham has been strongly linked with a move to Premier League outfit Wolverhampton Wanderers this month.
The England international has been in fantastic form this season as he has so far scored 16 goals from 20 Championship appearances for the club. Abraham has been one of the best players in the Championship this season and his presence will be vital if the Villains are to stand a chance of winning promotion to the Premier League next season.
Wolves reportedly made an inquiry for the services of Abraham last week. However, they did not succeed and the player has reportedly informed his team-mates that he plans to remain at Villa Park till the end of the season.
Now, it appears that Abraham has spoken out on the transfer speculation. He took to social media platform Instagram and posted the message “Up The Villa” as reported by The Birmingham Mail.
These comments will surely confirm that Abraham will remain with Villa till the end of the season. This is perhaps the best decision that the youngster can make at this point in time. He is clearly flourishing at Villa Park and staying with the club till the end of the season will continue to help him to learn more and develop as a player.
If he were to move on to a new environment at this stage, he would need to adapt to a new environment and possibly role as well. This is not always an easy process.
