Some sections of Everton supporters have urged the club to part ways with Kevin Mirallas once he returns from his loan spell at Fiorentina at the end of the season.
The Belgium international joined La Viola on a season-long loan at the beginning of the season, and the Italians have an option to buy him on a permanent basis in the summer of 2019.
The deal has, however, not worked to the club’s expectations, with Mirallas managing just two goals and one assist from 18 league games, and this has witnessed them snub a permanent £6m deal for his services.
With this in mind, the Belgian is set to return to Merseyside in the summer with another year left on his Toffees contract, but a few supporters want the 31-year-old to be sold at the earliest possibility.
Here are some of the tweets…
Will they take him for free if we pay the bus fare?

Honestly… Just take whatever they’ll pay… Even let him go on a free at this point. Get him off the wage bill!

At the age of 31, Mirallas is surely already past his best, and it appears likely that he will be moved on in the summer.
The Belgian may not be the sole departure from the Merseyside outfit, however, with several other fringe players including Ashley Williams and Phil Jagielka facing an exit from Goodison Park.
