Aston Villa man Albert Adomah put in a rather unimpressive performance for his side against fierce rivals Birmingham City yesterday, although Dean Smith’s men still managed to win the game.
Not all the Villans are talking about Jack Grealish second-half winner goal after being punched by a Birmingham City fan, with many instead focusing on Adomah’s poor performance.
Adomah joined the Championship side in 2016 from Middlesbrough, and despite initially impressing, his performances have somewhat nosedived this season.
Here are some of the best tweets from Villa fans, slating the Ghana international for his display at St Andrews yesterday…
Hope we don't see adomah again #avfc

McGinn for Adomah or El Ghazi for me would be the change here. Adomah not involved at all. El Ghazi so weak. #avfc

The 31-year-old has just one goal and two assists to his name from 29 appearances in all outings for Aston Villa this season, and after his display at St Andrews yesterday, his place in Smith’s side will surely now be under threat.
Reinforcing the wide areas will surely be Villa’s top priority this summer, and Adomah will have to really improve, if he is to have a future at Villa Park.
