Report: Leeds United plotting move for 29-year-old Premier League ace

Championship side Leeds United are plotting a transfer swoop for Everton winger Yannick Bolasie, according an exclusive report from TEAMtalk.

Bolasie is currently plying his trade on loan with Belgian side Anderlecht, and is showing glimpses of his quality, although he could allegedly be in line for a return to the Premier League in the summer.

He has netted four goals in his last seven league starts for the Belgian side, and will be keen to add more goals to his tally before the season ends.

Anderlecht, however, are also said to be working on tying the Everton man down on a permanent base, but the Belgian side are likely to be priced out of a move for him.

Whilst promotion to the Premier League could be a defining factor in Leeds’ move for the pacy winger, Bolasie could also welcome the idea of plying his trade in the English 2nd tier.

Leeds are currently occupying one of the automatic promotion spots in the Championship table, with their long-awaited return to the top-flight on the horizon.

The Whites will need to add Premier League experience to their squad, if they do in fact earn promotion this season, and Bolasie could be just the man for the job.
