An exclusive report from Football Insider is claiming Chelsea defender Jay Dasilva is a target for Championship duo Queens Park Rangers and Bristol City.
The 21-year-old left-back spent the entirety of last season on loan at Bristol City and the club are reportedly keen on signing him on a permanent basis.
According to Football Insider, a Chelsea source told the outlet that the defender’s brilliant form this past season has alerted a top host top teams in the Championship with QPR understood to be keen on luring him to Loftus Road.
Chelsea have yet to decide on Dasilva’s future, but they could decide to ship out on loan for another season rather than see him the club on a permanent basis.
A loan deal would suit QPR, who are in the market for a new left-back this summer following Jake Bidwell’s departure from QPR at the end of the season.
Dasilva is among the Championship top target for the summer as they look to reshape their squad following the recent appointment of Mark Warburton as the club new manager.
Dasilva notched 32 appearances for the Championship outfit last season and established himself as a fans’ favourite at Ashton Gate.
Surely, Queens Park Rangers supporters would love to see their club make the move for the midfielder on a permanent basis this summer.
