Man United make ‘£15m bid’ to sign Premier League ace – Reports

Manchester United, according to reports, are weighing up a £15m bid to sign Newcastle United midfielder Sean Longstaff.

The Manchester club completed their second signing of the summer on Saturday in Aaron Wan-Bissaka following Daniel James move to Old Trafford earlier in June.

Now as reported by the Daily Mail, the Red Devils boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side are now preparing another £15m plus add-ons bid for the 21-year-old Newcastle United ace, who had nine Premier League appearances to his name for the club last season.

Longstaff has just recently signed an extension with the club and his current contract runs until the end of 2021-22 campaign and with Rafael Benitez’s recent departure from the club, Longstaff’s future has been casted yet into more doubts.

Manchester United, on the other hands, are also reportedly attempting to steal match on Barcelona in the race to sign Atletico Madrid attacker Antoine Griezmann.
