Football expert Jab Aage Fjortoft has provided a transfer update on Dortmund’s Jadon Sancho with Liverpool keen on signing him.
The Norwegian journalist has tweeted that the young attacker could leave Germany in the summer transfer window. He further claimed that the Reds remain keen on signing the talented youngster in the summer, but conceded that the German club’s £126million asking price for their winger could be a matter of contention.
Some Liverpool-news from my source that I met today.
It’s very likely that Jadon Sancho will leave Dortmund this summer.
Liverpool still very keen, but have started wondering if they can afford him.

The England international joined Watford’s academy at the age of seven before moving to Manchester City in 2015 where he impressed everyone with his performances. However, his omission from City’s pre-season tour squad in 2017 prompted him to seek a move elsewhere, and hence he joined the Bundesliga club in August that year.
The 19-year-old stunned everyone in Germany with his pace, movement and finishing instinct, racking up 89 appearances and scoring 29 goals since his arrival at BVB.
The talented youngster has made 27 appearances for the Black and Yellows this campaign, scoring 15 goals and creating 14 assists across all competitions.
Jurgen Klopp has an amazing squad at his disposal, but the Reds boss recently conceded he is ready to make new signings in the summer, provided he comes across the right player.
Sancho’s stocks are extremely high at the moment with many regarding him as one of the brightest young players in the world now, and therefore the Premier League outfit will likely have to break their record fee for Virgil van Dijk if they wish to bring the attacker to Anfield.
