According to the Daily Mirror, Manchester United are ready to part with their star midfielder Paul Pogba in the summer transfer window.
The Red Devils will reportedly demand £130million for the Frenchman who arrived at Old Trafford in a record fee of €110m (£93.2m) from Juventus in 2016.
The talented midfielder has made 102 Premier League appearances for United so far, scoring 24 goals and creating 25 assists.
The Frenchman’s agent Mino Raiola has conceded that he is in contact with Juventus sporting director and that they talk about the 26-year-old’s return to his former club.
He said as per The Telegraph:
“I talk to Pavel Nedved and Juventus about many things, including Pogba and other players, as it is only right for a big club.
“You need to get information, see what’s happening, put down a few hypotheses, dream a little…
“Along with Juventus, there are other clubs in for Paul, but right now he is with Manchester United .
“What I can say is that, just like Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Paul considers Italy to be his second home and he wouldn’t mind returning to Juventus, but we’ll talk about it after Euro 2020.
“There’s nothing impossible in the transfer market, that has already been proved by Juve, PSG and Real Madrid .
“The achievement of impossible things is part of this business.”
The Daily Mirror further suggests on their website that the Manchester club plan to use Pogba’s transfer money to attempt signing Aston Villa star Jack Grealish. The 24-year-old has been on Manchester United’s radar for several months.
According to the Express, United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is understood to be a big admirer of the midfielder and was reported to have contemplated acquiring his services in the January transfer window.
