Freiburg player Robin Koch has dropped a transfer hint on Instagram that he is moving to Leeds United this summer.
The defender posted a picture on his Instagram account that showed him on a plane and it was captioned “let’s go.”
The Daily Star reported that the Whites are in a favorable position to land the 24-year-old amid interest from several clubs, including Newcastle United, RB Leipzig, and Lazio. The same report says that the German footballer will undergo a medical this weekend ahead of his move to the Premier League side and he is expected to pen a long-term contract with the Yorkshire side.
The Peacocks supporters received the good news on Saturday morning that they have completed the signing of Valencia player Rodrigo Moreno. Now the Whites look close to making another good signing.
The West Yorkshire club have not been able to make a breakthrough in their efforts to get the services of Ben White for another year, so they have turned their attention to Germany and it seems that they are about to get the centre-back who will partner their captain Liam Cooper.
Koch, who has proven his skills in the German league, will be an exciting addition to Marcelo Bielsa’s side who will be aiming to do well in the Premier League next season.
