Manchester United sign talented teenager from Tromsø IL

Manchester United have signed talented teenager Isak Hansen-Aaroen from Tromsø IL as the Norwegian side confirmed the news on their Instagram account, as per Goal.com

Tromsø IL announced that their talented youngster has departed the club following an agreement with the Red Devils.

The forward reached an agreement with United several months ago and now the Boys also announced the transfer in a farewell message.

In a message posted on Instagram the Norwegian side wrote:

“A wonderful person. A unique football talent who just loves to play football now.

“He came from Floya to Tromso and joined the academy as a 10-year-old, studying at the Tromso school and made his debut in the first team as a 15-year-old. He had an assist in his last match for Tromso.

“Thank you so much for the last 10 years and good luck in Manchester United and on in your career. We hope you have a great time, see you soon.”

The youngster became the club’s youngest ever player last month when he earned his professional debut at the age of 15 years and 319 days and it is said that he is delighted at the prospect of working under the fellow Norwegian coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

The Old Trafford club have declared their first batch of scholars for the upcoming campaign’s under-18s squad, comprising of Logan Pye and Joe Hugill who were recently at League One side Sunderland, and Radek Vitek from Czech football club Sigma Olomouc.

Hansen-Aaroen will likely be included in the second announcement, along with Marc Jurado (who arrived from Barcelona) and Alvaro Fernandes (former Real Madrid starlet).

As the pandemic restrictions are currently in place in the UK, both Jurado and Fernandes would be required to quarantine for fourteen days after reaching the country.

The club’s U18s and U23s have returned to training for making their preparations for the next season. Neil Wood is presently working with a mismatched squad as they are trying to arrange loan deals for several senior players in the squad.
